"Well, first, let's go into further detail with the politics and Devil Rankings," Rias sat across from Issei, her legs parted to give him an unobstructed view of her body.

"Okay," he replied, blushing. Even Kiba seemed a bit taken aback at just how casual Rias was at her nudity. While she has never minded being naked around her Peerage, she had always dressed back up the moment it was practical to do so.

"So, I summarized briefly that you were bottom tier, as a newly Reincarnated Devil, and a pawn at that," Rias told him in some amusement, watching him slump. "But that's okay!" she chimed. "Because while rankings are usually due to birth in Devil Society, it is possible to advance based solely by merit as well! On paper at least, there's no limit to high you can rise in our society! Potentially, you can become a Supreme Devil if you do well enough!"

Koneko snorted. "That pervert, a Supreme Devil? Satan himself help us all if he gets that far..."

"Oi! Just because I'm a pervert, doesn't exclude me from being a badass!" Issei protested.

"He's right about that," Akeno sniggered as Rias pulled out a diagram to show Issei the rankings, going into further detail than her previous summary, going from Low Ranking Devils like himself, to Mid Level ones, then High Level, with Supreme Devils at the top of the pyramid.

"What level are you?" Issei then asked Rias.

"Oh? Me?" Rias smirked. "My family has the rank of Duke, which falls under the Supreme Devil category. So I have that kind of political power at least by default... On paper at least." Before Issei could question what she meant by that, she moved on. "Akeno, give Master some spell circle papers," she told Akeno.

"Must you call him, "Master?"" Kiba asked as Akeno got the papers.

"I need his permission to address him in any other manner," Rias admitted with a faint blush.

"Granted," Issei immediately said before anyone could demand he do so. As he took the papers, he asked, "What are these?"

"Your means of advancing as a Devil, of course!" Rias clapped. "The most standard way of advancement is to make contracts with humans! Devils get power by making these pacts, though we have taken to drawing the circles ourselves and giving them out to greedy looking people, since the number of people with the knowledge of how to do it has grown scarce. Getting a lot of contracts is a way to raise your standing," she concluded.

"Wait... I'm not going to have to get people to sell their souls to me or something, am I?" Issei asked, paling, making the others laugh, even Koneko hiding a smile behind her book.

"No, we don't generally ask that as a price... Anymore at least," Rias smirked, making Issei go even paler.

""Anymore?"" he thought. "So what do you ask for then?" he asked.

"Usually money, or something else of value," Rias replied. "Occasionally, someone does offer their life up for something of **** value we can grant, but like I said, that's extremely rare nowadays."

Issei nodded, looking at the papers with the drawn circles, his mind racing.
