He wants to know what they're doing with Jaune and Pyrrha, and his aura is pink.

Ruby gazed at Ren, looking him over for a second, before he asked, "I'm curious, is there something going on with Jaune and Pyrrha?"

Ruby blinked, and asked him, "Um, I'm guessing you noticed that they came to our dorm yesterday?" Ruby asked, and Ren nodded.

"Some kind of study gathering, I'm guessing?" he questioned. "I imagine they both wanted to get away from Nora for a bit... just wish they invited me."

"...sure, let's go with that," Blake chuckled sheepishly. Ruby grinned at the conclusion Ren had come to.

Taking a moment to view his aura, she mentally whooped as she saw a solid pink with it. That promised to be so much fun! "You know what? Maybe ask them, and see if you can give Nora the slip today, and you might be able to join us," Ruby suggested, already running through some mental ideas on how to bring Ren in on the fun. Maybe Nora later too!

"...you know what, I might just take you up on that," Ren smiled. "Thanks. Sorry to pry, was just a bit curious... and hopeful to get away from Nora for a bit."

"Do you not like her much?" Yang asked in curiosity.

"Oh, I do, she's a close friend, but I just would prefer her in... smaller doses," Ren explained with a weak chuckle.

"...I totally feel you on that," Weiss smirked, looking directly at Ruby, who shot Weiss a look promising punishment later, only making her grin back at her Mistress. With that, Ren headed off, and Ruby quickly grabbed her scroll, sending Jaune a message updating him on the development, and running some ideas on how to play with Ren by him.
