Because the jutsu was so unstable, it somehow fused with lord 4th's Reaper **** Seal.

Because of all this, if this form breaks Naruto will die like it was his own body dieing. If we unfuse the jutsu from the Reaper **** Seal wich takes alot of work since it's a S rank jutsu fused with another S rank jutsu, it will free the 9 tails. Hiruzen sighs. He tells Naruto in person. Naruto is angry about it but he knows it's his fault. He refuses to miss his first day meeting his new Sensei. Hiruzen informes Kakashi of what happened.

The next day Naruto meets up with Shikamaru and Choji. They joke about Naruto arriving in the Sexy Jutsu until they lern he's stuck like that. Kakashi arrives late. During the bell test Shikamaru and Choji work together instantly while Naruto insists on working alone. After a bit of time Naruto dose join the other 2 as a team and get the bell. They all pass and Shikamaru is dubbed second in comand behind Kakashi.
