He is a girl? In a new reality

Jack looked around what looked like his sisters room only it now looked like it was a shared room with two beds, a picture on the wall showed Kelly and another girl. Jack walked over to the full length mirror on the closet, he now saw his form. He was the girl in the picture and she and Kelly looked very similar almost like they were now twins. Jack looked at himself or rather herself up and down in the mirror, posing in her new form before hearing a familiar voice

"Jacqueline you look so good today I love that dress your wearing pink really is your colour"
