Fairly well, but she loses!

Ruby stood across from Pyrrha, and the moment Glynda gave the start signal, she rushed forward with her Semblance to get behind her opponent. Pyrrha however reacted quickly and ducked under the swing with ease, and kicked backwards, hitting Ruby right in the gut. "Ack!" she gasped, skidding back. Pyrrha was on Ruby almost immediately, swinging her blade and forcing Ruby on the defensive.

Ruby quickly broke away from Pyrrha, using her Semblance to get distance, and firing shots from Crescent Rose in rifle form at the redhead. Pyrrha blocked on her shield as she charged forward. Ruby dashed for Pyrrha and moved around to the side this time, swinging as Crescent Rose returned to scythe form. Naturally, Pyrrha ducked again, but this time, Ruby was ready, and managed to kick Pyrrha in the face.

Pyrrha grunted as she skidded back and Ruby attempted to press her advantage, but Pyrrha was able to recover, catching the scythe on her shield and pinning it to the floor, stepping on the flat. Ruby frantically tried to pull it free, but then got hit by a barrage of stabs from Pyrrha. Thank goodness for Aura, otherwise, she would look like heavily bleeding Swiss Cheese! She managed to free Crescent Rose by shifting it to rifle form, and shot Pyrrha in the chest at point blank range. This managed to **** her back, her Aura taking the blow, but she then formed the javelin of her own weapon, launching it at Ruby, who took it right in the face.

Ruby went down, and Goodwitch called the match, citing Ruby's Aura being in the red. "...darn," Ruby pouted.

Being a good sport, Pyrrha approached her and extending a hand down to her. "Don't sweat it. You made me have to try," she assured Ruby, who still pouted, but took the hand and got up.
