Schicksal HQ, somewhere above the Mediterranean Sea.

Shirou Emiya, rested in his room.

He reminisced the past few years, recalling the battles and alliances he had made since arriving in this world.

A world that had been fighting a war for thousands of years against an enemy that humanity couldn't even understand.

Honkai.

Plagues, Nature disasters, monsters and Herrschers.

All because of a giant eyeball in need of a hug.

At least it was now over.

And the people of this world now could live in peace, and experience the pleasures of life.

Shirou thought.

But peace was a fickle creature, always flitting away when least expected. His tranquil thoughts were interrupted by a knock at the door.

He looked at the clock; it was late, much later than he usually received visitors. The knock grew more insistent, so Shirou pushed himself out of bed and answered.

"Come in,"
