Stick to tending bar.

Claire’s response was to call the bouncer over, explain the situation and have him throw the guy out. With that problem dealt with she went back to tending the bar and although she really wanted to try her hand at singing she didn’t feel brave enough to actually go over and sign up.

The rest of the night was spent doing her job as normal and when the end of the evening came, she’d earned just enough to pay for the car, but that was it, even if she did try to drive to LA she wouldn’t have enough to pay the rent or eat, heck she may not even have enough gas money to get there in the first place. By the looks of things she was going to have to earn some more from somewhere while she waited for the car to get fixed tomorrow.
