Wendy (probably futa route)

After a while, the front door of the apartment opened, and Wendy was the one to enter, accompained by Carla, her Exceed companion, who was in her human form.

"Lucy?" Wendy called out tentatively, her eyes scanning the room for any sign of her friend. The apartment was eerily quiet, and there was no sign of Lucy.

"Where is she?" Wendy murmured, Lucy hadn't showed up at the guild yet, which was unusual for her. She decided to go look for her while the others picked some requests from the quest board to chose one once Lucy arrived.

They just thought Lucy ended up oversleeping, but something felt off. "It almost seems like she vanished," Carla whispered, her eyes narrowing in suspicion. Wendy nodded, her face growing worried.

"I hope nothing happened to her," Wendy said, her voice echoing slightly in the quiet apartment.

When they entered the bedroom, her eyes fell on the shimmering golden lamp resting on the bed. "Look Carla." She stepped closer, curiosity piqued. Carla's ears perked up, a sense of unease tickling the back of her mind.

Wendy cautiously picked up the lamp, the warmth from its metal body spreading up her arms. She looked it over, feeling the intricate patterns etched into the gold surface, noticing the way it gleamed in the early morning light. She could feel magical power emanating from it.

"As far as i know Lucy doesn't posses anything like this," Wendy said with furrowed brows, inspecting the lamp. Carla nodded.

"Yeah, with her rent to pay, i doubt she'd waste money on something so fancy," Carla murmured, her eyes narrowing slightly as she studied the artifact.

Wendy's nose twitched as her draconic sense of smell picked up something familiar. She looked at the lamp, her eyes widening slightly. "Weird, there's Lucy's scent all over this." She says, her hand hovering just above the artifact.
