Chapter 6 by sexyslave sexyslave

What does Wonder Woman do?

She negotiates with the lamp.

"...so, I appreciate that you're asking me for consent, but is that really not a courtesy you extend often?" she finally asked the lamp in her hands, and the mist gave its equivalent of a shrug. She immediately realized it was something of a stupid question. The lamp could only go against its... instincts, for lack of a better word, when faced with another, more pressing "instinct." It could only ask for consent first if there was a genuine need to... And given the taste of how it felt to be a genie bound to it, she realized that even if it initially took people forcefully, there was no maliciousness behind its actions. Frankly, every man and woman it had taken and made into a genie ultimately ended up thanking it after the fact.

Wonder Woman continued to mull it over. It was actually tempting, oh so very tempting... But she had some concerns. After a moment's thought, she eventually nodded. "...alright, I'll become your next genie. But-!" she hastened to add as the mist moved towards her, holding up a finger, and making the mist pause. "I have two conditions. Well, one for you, to enforce those conditions on any Master or Mistress I end up having."

The mist didn't move for a moment, before shifting in a way that imitated a nod, to show that it was listening. "First, I don't want any future... owner to keep me from my work with the Justice League. My life as a Genie and as a Hero will have to remain in balance."

The mist hesitated, but didn't seem to argue, merely waited for her to continue with her other term. "Second, said dominant is to only use my genie powers in ways that do not violate anyone's free will, unless they honestly desire whatever wish is placed on them. Adjusting a few memories or altering perceptions to remain incognito are fine, but I'm not going to make someone outright do anything they don't want to do themselves. No one who would go against these terms is to even be able to get me out of the lamp. Is this acceptable?"

The lamp considered her requests carefully. On one hand, it was designed to make genies that were unconditionally obedient to their Master or Mistress. That was how it operated... on the other hand, Diana was extremely desireable, both to it, and to whoever might be lucky enough to find it with her as its genie. Her fame in this universe alone would definitely provide a good deal of sensual energies. It tended to prefer more moral Masters anyway. Not out of morality itself, but because it was simply more simple to get a genie to enjoy their role if they didn't have to go against their own morals to do so.

Does the lamp accept?
