A Week with Hermione

James felt even more self conscious as he walked into the trial room. Everyone was dressed so formally and looked so serious and there he was just standing naked with a raging hard on. He was sure that wasn't going to leave a good impression. There was a very grave looking man in a gown and wig sitting at a large desk at the end of the room. He shot Hermione a disapproving glare.

"Really Miss Grainger! Is there any need for..." he gestured with his eyes in the direction of James' erect penis "..that!"

"But all Muggles on trial for a crime that threatens the world of wizardry and bound to be naked until proven innocent aren't they?"

"Well, yes but..."

"Oh that? That's nothing to do with me. I think he is just excited to be here!"

There was a ripple of sniggers around the room until the judge shot it down with a deathly stare. He then motioned for Hermione to approach his bench. The two spoke for a while, unheard by James, before Hermione turned round with a smile on her face. She walked back to James, thanked those present and ushered her naked detainee out of the room.

"So what happened?" James asked nervously.

"I got you a pretty sweet deal, under the circumstances"

"Which is?"

"I get to decide your fate. We are going to be spending every minute of the next week together, and at the end of the week I have to decide whether or not I think you are guilty. Then, I'll send you back home."

"What even if I'm guilty?"

"Sure, though if that is the case I will have to transfigure you permanently into the form of a frog before you go to make sure you can never reveal any of our secrets"

Hermione giggled at James' reaction. Even as he looked terrified of this prospect he was still rock hard.

"I guess you'd better be nice to me James. And you'd better do everything I say." Hermione shot James a wicked grin "And if I decide to have any magical fun at your expense, you had better keep it to yourself!"
