Jaune and Pyrrha, empty lamp. (Start of Bi Jaune route.)

"Thanks for helping me out there, Pyrrha," Jaune sighed as he followed Pyrrha, after she had gotten him down from the tree she had used her javelin to pin him to. "That was a rotten truck Ozpin pulled," he groused. What even WAS a landing strategy!?

"You just need to learn to be prepared for the unexpected here at Beacon is all," Pyrrha smiled as they walked the forest. "I can tell already, the staff here seems to have a... Unique sense of humor."

"Sadistic is the word I'd use," Jaune whimpered comically as they reached a clearing full of Grimm. A pack of Beowolves, to be precise. Their attention seemed focused elsewhere though.

"Alright, let's take care of them!" Pyrrha declared, drawing her weapon and shield. She rushed in, cutting through Grimm with brutal efficiency. Jaune hastened to follow, briefly getting his sword stuck in the scabbard, but managing to draw it in time to strike a Beowolf before it could strike him, making it dissolve into black dust.

"Hey, I got one!" he celebrated, before getting whacked with a paw in the side, taking a few cuts, though thankfully not deep ones, and was sent sprawling. "...ow..."

"Jaune!" Pyrrha shouted, defeating his assailant, and then turning to the last few, who lunged for her. She took a stance as she approached, and slashed with all her might. As the Grimm flew past her, they disintegrated into dust as a result of being slain. She paused, taking a moment to ensure they were safe, before immediately checking on Jaune. "Why didn't you protect yourself with your Aura?" she asked.

"Aura?" Jaune asked with a groan.

Pyrrha, surprised Jaune didn't know what it was, explained to Jaune what it was, and proceeded to help him unlock his. As it awakened, his injuries healed, a result of him having received them while he had Aura to spend, the Aura healing him. "You have a lot of it," Pyrrha remarked.

"I guess so..." Jaune said, before noticing the glint of gold. "So... What's that?" Jaune asked.

He and Pyrrha both approached the lamp, looking at it curiously.

(So, I'll post the first chapter of each route, with my own plans in parentheses in the starting chapter, but anyone is free to make their own divergences. I'm still deciding how I'll decide on which one I focus on, but I am thinking the most fair way is to work on the branch with the most Likes for the recent chapter whenever I revisit the RWBYverse.)
