Chapter 100 by sexyslave sexyslave

What do the following days bring?

An important, but mundane decision.

The next day of classes saw Aizawa standing behind his desk, a serious look on his face. "Class, today you all have an important decision to make that will affect your futures here at U.A for the entire year, and quite last that..." he stated, no levity whatsoever in his tone.

"Oh damn, this is going to be scary, isn't it?" the invisible Tooru whimpered.

"What choice could get Aizawa-sensei so serious?" Mina concurred.

"Today is the day you all decide who your student council president for this class will be," Aizawa then suddenly drawled, dispelling all tension in the room. The class was firmly convinced he had done that on purpose. He really seemed to like screwing with people.

"Really? That's it!?" Kirishima huffed. "You made it sound like the apocalypse at first!"

They then started talking amongst themselves to try to determine the system they would use as Aizawa showed no interest in helping them, instead climbing into his sleeping bag, and taking another nap. "... seriously starting to think he lives here at this point..." Izuku said aloud, making a few of his classmates chuckle.

"I should be the president! Vote for me, and I'll revise the girl's school uniforms to be way sexier!" Mineta stated, getting glares from several of the girls, and looks of interest from the guys.

"I propose a double vote system of sorts," Momo suggested. "We each get a positive and a negative vote."

"A... what?" Mina asked curiously.

"Well, we'd all either vote for ourselves, or someone we wanted to have the job," Momo explained. "However, there are also people who probably don't want certain people to have the job, so the negative vote will serve as a vote against them," she added. "For example, one could write in their ballot someone they're voting for, like say, Momo Yaoyorozu, Izuku Midoriya, or Tenya Iida, and then follow it up with something along the lines of, "Anyone but Katsuki Bakugo.""

"Why the fuck did you name me specifically as an example to vote against!? I'll kill you!" Bakugo roared.

Momo ignored him with a smirk, having of course come up with the negative vote suggestion solely to piss Bakugo off. It clearly worked already. "Basically, we could consider a vote for someone as a point for them, whereas a negative vote for them is a point subtracted. Whoever has the most points is the winner, second place being vice president."

Most of the class agreed, and Momo used her Quirk to produce a box, and everyone got out paper to write their votes, folding them carefully to ensure their votes remained secret before putting their ballots in the boxes. Izuku considered his options, before deciding to vote for Momo, mentally promising himself not to use his authority over her to influence her decisions if she won, and he also wrote, "Anyone but Minoru Mineta." He wasn't against sexier uniforms, per say, especially given his recent sex life, but he was of the opinion that such a thing should be optional instead of mandatory.

The votes were gathered, and Momo and Iida took it upon themselves to count the votes together, deciding that having two people doing it would help keep each other honest.

Who won? Bonus question, who got the most negative votes?
