A fight close to home

With a thought you point at the mountain range your in " the goblins" you announce making your fellow orc look at you like you gone mental.

" goblins boss? but..they so weedy and weak" he complains making you glare at him " your a stupid git!" you yell smacking him outside the head making him fall a bit at the hit. You glare at him making the orc look down as you chew him out,as a orc leader you cant have your underlings questioning your decisions however instead of the common place act of simply beheading the insolent offender and promoting someone to his rank you decided long ago you get better results with words than swords, though your going to keep the usual orc cursing and shouting intact to get your point across to the especially thick headed of your foot soldiers. " we dont need goblins sneaking in here in the night taking our stuff and sliting our throats while we sleep, you ever think maybe they know these mountains better than we do? we gotta get them before they know we're here, get them under our boots, use their skills to our advantages" you yell making the orc nod his head as quick as he can seeing your point " right boss sorry! meant no offense" he apologizes and you grin " its fine, they is weedy and weak but imagine having them to carry our stuff and serve us, besides a easy victory is still a victory and something to get the warriors blood pumping for a proper fight" you say and the other orc breaks out into a toothy grin as well " well said boss so...... where is they anyway?"

That makes you sit back and look at the map again " the goblins like to hide in the caves, this cave was probably one of theirs long ago too, their clever little bastards but i think i know where they are" you grin and point at the map " this here where they are, its near a river and supposedly bandits hanging around there, but no one ever sees these bandits till all their stuff gets taken under their noses, sounds like goblins to me." you say making the orc nod and you eye him " get the warriors ready i want a team of scouts out there, watch for the little green bastards and soon as they show their heads i want us marching with our best gear we're gonna have a fight" you grin and he nods about to leave, you think to yourself and call him back " oh and my younger sister leading the group tell her so when she shows up, then again she might already know so get ready anyways" you yell and he nods, fearing her as much as you and for good reason, your father trained you all well.

With selah leading the scouts you have no doubt that they will return soon with the location of the goblins home and the first fight to come will give you a much needed boost of blood. Not to mention the loot that the goblins have claimed with their thievery.
