Wall Market Sewers

"Everyone OK?" Tifa asked. They weren't expecting a trapdoor in Corneo's bedroom...

Aerith nodded as she dusted herself off. "Yeah, I'm fine... what about you, Jessie?"

"Ugh... first chance I get, I'm going to blow Corneo's mansion sky high," Jessie grunted as she stood up.

"Yeah, I'm with you there," Tifa agreed. "Right now, though, we need to get back to Sector 7..."

"Agreed. Dropping the plate on the slums, just to get to AVALANCHE... that's low, even for Shinra," Jessie said angrily. "We gotta get everyone out of there!"

The trio began to make their way to the surface, dealing with all kinds of monsters that dwelt down in the sewers along the way. Eventually, they found their way back outside, emerging in a yard for decommissioned train cars. After getting their bearings, they headed off towards Sector 7 as quickly as they could, hoping that they wouldn't be too late to save the people living there.

When they reached the Sector 7 pillar, they found Cloud, Barret, Biggs & Wedge in a **** fight with Shinra forces. "Surrender now, AVALANCHE terrorists, or we will not hesitate to use lethal ****," A voice boomed from a speaker on a Shinra helicopter.

"Finally made it, huh Tifa?!" Barret shouted as he fired a few rounds at Shinra soldiers.

"Barret!, What's going on?!" Tifa yelled back as she and the others ran towards them. "Is everyone alright?"

"Shinra assholes, tryin' to drop the plate on the slums! Think they can frame us! Marlene... Marlene's back at the bar... Need to get to her..."

"We'll go get her," Aerith spoke up. "Tifa, you stay here and help the others buy some time. We'll try and get as many other people out as we can."

"All right.. be careful, both of you," Tifa nodded in response. "And watch out for Jessie."

"Don't worry about me, I'll be fine," Jessie said, giving Tifa a kiss on the cheek. "You come back to me in one piece, OK? I really want to see where this thing between us is going."

"Me too," Tifa smiled, turning to Aerith. "Thanks, Aerith... I really hope we get the chance to get to know each other better."

"We will, I promise," Aerith replied, smiling confidently. "Come on, Jessie, let's get going. Good luck!"

Aerith and Jessie ran off to help evacuate the residents of Sector 7, leaving Tifa, Cloud, Biggs, Wedge and Barret to hold off Shinra. They held off Shinra's forces as best they could, but eventually, Shinra's forces overwhelmed them, and the plate was dropped, destroying Sector 7 in the process.
