The Condiment wizard sat in his cell holding the strange idol wand in hand, looking it over, the mad rantings and cackling of his neighbors going on in the background but muffled by their more sturdy cell walls that his previous neighbors didn't have. He was trying to figure out the purpose of the magical artifact he now had in his hand. Though it wasn't the easy task to try and find the purpose of a magical artifact when you weren't supposed to have magical things

Usually such artifacts of magic power would never have been allowed to reach a dark wizard like him in his cell. The guards going through all the packages would have taken it and handed it over to the Justice League, probably as they were the ones most average people knew to hand over random occult items of power to and not worry about the consequences. Though somehow this fan of his had made sure their gift had gotten to him despite the guards checking all gifts for prisoners rather thoroughly.

Condiment Wizard was quite happy about this, as he had a rather devoted fan going to a lot of trouble for him, and dead people didn't get fans going out of their way for them. So it was another sign of his living legend, another point to him not being the dead man but being a loving one, though an evil one, which was a sad thing. Though it was the path he now walked, and there was no going back, for it was the path that allowed him to breathe.

The condiment wizard turned his attention back to the dark-looking idol wand he was holding in his hand. He would love to begin using its power to treat what it could do; the magic he could feel throbbing within the object would allow him to do that. As the technology that was used to prevent things like magic and powers being used within Arkham Asylum, but that only from being started within Arkham Asylum. Which meant to say if you tried to activate a magic spell within Arkham Asylum, it wouldn't work, but if you come into Arkham with your spell already active, the technology at Arkham Asylum couldn't turn it off.

Which is what made the dark idol wand a powerful tool. The condiment wizard could feel the powerful magic in it already active and ready to use. The security devices couldn't stop him from using the idol wand because it was effectively always turned on, and the devices worked by keeping things turned off. Though sadly, as it was, he was having to guess at the nature of the magic within the idol wand.

He figured from the look of the object it was dark magic of some sort, though he couldn't be sure till he tested it. Which he couldn't do from within his cell, as he would surely be seen by the guards and have his idol wand taken from him immediately. Which would be rather bad, as not only would he lose an object of power, but he would have disappointed a fan that has gone to a lot of trouble for him, which wouldn't be good for him, living legend.

So he would have to wait for his next appointment with Dr. Young and see if she could find him somewhere he could test his new tool within Arkham Asylum without alerting the guards. As she had already proven to have the ability to do such things for him before, considering she was the one that set up his wizarding tower. Though he still wondered what had happened to her during his casting of his grand condiment cloud spell. Though he supposed in the end it didn't matter; she had already done her part by that point.

Though sadly it would be a while yet before Condiment Wizard would get an appointment with his favorite minion psychologist. Though he couldn't let her know that she was his favorite psychologist minion, as he had an image to maintain as a dark wizard of the dark condiment arts. So for the moment all he could do was examine the idol wand with his eyes.

So he continued to do just that. He took in all the details of the idol wand, which was a strange object as usual. Such an object was either a wand or an idol, not both. But that was what it was, as at its base was a handle that would allow someone to point it at someone like a wand. Though also carved into it was a woman covered in what appeared to be the latest goth fashion trend, being shocked by lightning, his red lighting, to be exact.

Though the image carved into the wand was a dark thing to take in, the fact that it seemed to be paying tribute to his grand cloud spell so soon after it had happened put a smile on his face. As this meant the condiment wizard's legend was growing, and through that legend, through that face, he was alive again, and the dead man he once was even further behind him. So he turned the idol wand over in his hands, wondering when he would get to test his new idol wand.
