Andrew looked at Ross and Madison. "Can we have the room?"

Ross made a face. "Dude, you're not fucking on my couch."

"No need," Maria said as she took Andrew by the hand and led him into the empty second bedroom.

"There's no furniture in here," Andrew protested. Maria slammed the door behind her and turned with a devilish smile.

"There's a bathroom," she said. "With a full-size tub. But you don't move in until the inspection's complete."

With that, she slid the straps off of her shoulders and let her dress fall to the ground, exposing her body from head to toe. If the sight of her clothed was stunning, her naked body was overwhelming. Andrew stared, his eyes wide and mouth open. She basked in his attention, less self-conscious than she had been in front of Madison and Ross.

"You approve?" she asked, and he just nodded. "Andrew, hon, you have to close your mouth."

He did as she said, but his eyes never rose above her neckline. She stepped closer and smiled at his surprise. It was like he snapped out of a trance, suddenly looking her in the eyes.

"Jesus Christ," he said softly. "You're..."

"Perfect?" she suggested.

"Perfect," he echoed. She turned sideways, silhouetting her shapely ass against the morning light filtering in through the cheap curtains. She looked at it from above and smiled.
