I go into the bathroom

I take a step closer to the bathroom, my voice a little louder this time. "Mom?" I call out again, but the sound of the water running in the shower still drowns out my voice. My eyes wander to the bathroom door, which is slightly ajar. I push it open slowly, calling out once more, "Mom, I'm home!" The water shuts off, and I hear the sound of the shower curtain sliding open. I take a step back, expecting my mom to emerge, but instead, I'm met with a sight that makes my heart skip a beat.

As my mom steps out of the shower, I notice a strange shape in her crotch area.
