Courtney suspects something

“My, my… Jenn! I didn’t mean to intrude into anything,” Courtney giggled as she tried to cover her mouth.

“Well,” Jenn hesitated for a moment, “I was about to take a shower,” Jenn lied. She thought the actual story would sound too ridiculous to be true. That would be embarrassing!

“Oh dear, don’t let me interrupt then,” Courtney replied.

Jenn sighed in relief, thinking that’s her cue to go. She was glad that Courtney is leaving with no questions of her situation.

“I’ll just wait right here in your living room. I’m willing to wait for you, darling,” Courtney sat on her couch with one leg crossed on the other smiling up at her.

‘Damn it,’ Jenn thought to herself. She never meant to take a shower. She just wants to put her clothes on and get back to doing chores. Now, she really has to shower.

“Wait a minute,” Courtney suddenly called out, “Isn’t your shower upstairs? Why would you be in the kitchen in just an apron? You look silly, darling,”

Jenn heart immediately sank. Her cheeks suddenly felt warmer as they flushed. Her skin tingled. She felt butterflies flutter in her stomach but not in a good way. It made her legs wobble from the sheer nervousness.

“Well… I… umm… Basically,… What happened is… ummmm…”

Suddenly, Courtney eyes widened and then a sly smile formed as if she figured out what’s going on.

Jenn noticed her neighbor’s sudden facial change. She couldn’t possibly be thinking that Jenn liked to be a secret exhibitionist!!!
