A regular town or city
A society in which all are expected to relieve themselves in the toilet consistently, and this place is no exception. However, a small collection of individuals desire something else.
Who is our POV character, and how big is the town?
You (or a character) will defy and/or undo their training, and progressively cease to use a toilet as intended or as the primary way of relieving oneself. Primarily for ABDL purposes.
