Lilly get's changed

Mr. Teacher’s smile grew even wider as he crouched down next to Lilly, his hand resting gently on her shoulder. “Such a good girl, Lilly,” he said warmly. “You’ve taken such a big step today. Let’s show everyone what a brave little one you are.”

Lilly whimpered softly, her face so red it nearly matched the pink of her romper. She didn’t resist, though, as Mr. Teacher carefully turned her so her back was to the class. With a practiced motion, he lifted the hem of her dress, revealing the unmistakable bulge in her diaper.

The class gasped collectively, some girls giggling nervously while others whispered in shock. Rebecca froze in place, her cheeks burning. She couldn’t stop herself from sneaking a glance at Lilly’s clearly full diaper, the sagging bulk making it impossible to miss what had happened.

“Just look at that,” Mr. Teacher said, his voice full of pride. “Lilly has filled her diaper just like a proper little girl should. Such a big step for our shy little bear.”

Rebecca’s stomach twisted as she averted her gaze, but the sight stayed with her. She glanced back quickly, her curiosity getting the better of her, only to meet Ava’s amused smirk. Ava whispered, “Told you she’d make a big impression.”

Mr. Teacher clapped his hands lightly, drawing the class’s attention. “Let’s all give Lilly a big round of applause for being so brave and letting us share in her success.”

The caregivers began clapping enthusiastically, and several girls hesitantly joined in. Lilly whimpered again, her hands flying up to cover her face, but there was no denying the faint smile creeping onto her lips.

At that moment, Mrs. Mallory approached, her warm and calming presence soothing Lilly instantly. “Come on, sweetheart,” she said softly, placing a hand on Lilly’s back. “Let’s get you all cleaned up and comfy again.”

Lilly nodded meekly, allowing Mrs. Mallory to guide her to the padded changing table at the corner of the classroom. As they moved away, the squishy sound of Lilly’s full diaper was loud and undeniable, drawing another ripple of nervous giggles from the group.

Rebecca couldn’t help but watch as Mrs. Mallory helped Lilly up onto the changing table. Her own face burned as she saw the caregiver begin the process of untaping Lilly’s diaper, her words calm and soothing as she reassured the blushing girl.

Meanwhile, Mr. Teacher turned back to the group with his ever-present smile. “Now, let’s keep the fun going, shall we? Who’s ready to introduce themselves next?”

Rebecca tried to focus on the other girls as they took their turns, but her attention kept drifting back to Lilly. From her spot on the rug, she could just see the corner of the changing table, where Mrs. Mallory worked with practiced ease. Rebecca squirmed slightly, the damp warmth of her own diaper pressing against her as she tried not to think too much about it.

The faint rustle of wipes and the soft crinkle of a fresh diaper being secured reached her ears, sending a strange mix of emotions through her. She felt embarrassment for Lilly, relief that it wasn’t her up there, and a growing curiosity about what it would be like to have someone care for her so gently.

Lilly eventually waddled back to the group, her face still pink, though her expression was much more relaxed. The dry diaper beneath her romper made a light crinkling sound with every movement, a reassuring reminder of her fresh start. She settled back onto the rug with a quiet smile, clearly more at ease.
