In search of her lover

"If you know her name, and even mine, then you know full well why I've come!" Reeza just barely manage to keep from spitting at you this time as she speaks, but her fury is still obvious in her voice. "Now tell me what you've done to her, you goblin filth!"

"Oh, so you haven't met her then...?" You wonder, mostly as a statement rather than a question, and have your guesses confirmed by the confusion in your captive's face. "You only know that she was captured by goblins, and until now you've been spying on our camp in the hopes of finding her?"

"Of course I have!" She snaps at you, as if this would be the most obvious thing in the world by now, but is looking even more uncertain of herself by the moment. "So what have you done to her...?"

"I let her go." You tell her, as simply as that, and smile as you can see the look on her face. And coming to think of it, under all that mud she would actually seem every bit as attractive as her amazon 'sister'. "Why? Because our tribes are not at war with eachother, and it would hardly be of use for either one of us to get started. Am I right?"

"But... You're goblins...!" Reeza just stares at you in complete astonishment. "You'd make her your ****, or even eat her alive...!"

"Is that all you ever heard of goblins?" You ask her, even managing to look a little hurt, though you know full well that such bad reputation has never been entirely undeserved. "But did you see any slaves in my camp while you were looking for her? Or any signs whatsoever that we like to eat anything else but the animals we raise or hunt in the forest...?"

"I... didn't see any of those things..." She admits, but looks like she's just woken up from some horrible bad dream. In her search for her beloved she must truly have been blinded to all other facts of this world. But now you can use that to your advantage, and you can feel the little cogs moving in your head while you ponder your next move.

"And now you've killed, and badly injured a few of my warriors...?" It was't really a question, as you can tell that the blood on her arms and clothes are not her own. "Perhaps even innocent villagers...? And only days after I let one of you go, with the promise there could be peace between our tribes..."

"I..." The girl starts to say, but then her voice fails her as she's drained of the last of her energy. Without any rage left in her she simply falls back to her knees on the floor, and stares at it emptily for a moment while you just stand there and watch her. "But... How do I even know you're not lying...?"

"For what reasons?" You grunt at her, letting her know that you're not quite enjoying her continued distrust. "Sheila gave me her name in confidence, seeing the potential in peace between our tribes. Her reasons to leave so early were solely to hurry back to her tribe, and to you, so to keep this kind of things from happening."

"She is truly a daughter, worthy to her mother..." Reeza almost starts sobbing as she listen to your words, though you're not entirely certain of what she means. Then she seems to reach some kind of conclusion at least, and glances up at you with true regret in her eyes. "If what you say is true... then I willingly submit to whatever laws that you have for my crimes. My actions are my own, and my wish is that you will not let them affect your treaty with the rest of my tribe..."

"The first impression can be quite deceiving, it would seem..." You admit to her sudden change in character, but then put up a more somber face while pondering her suggestion. Inside you're still all smiles however, as this seems to be going even better than you'd hoped! Now it's all just a matter of how to play your cards, to put both of these amazons in your debt - and in the long run, perhaps even the rest of their tribe...
