Gentaro and the Power of Names

Gentaro is a perverted middle age man that discovers a fortune cookie looking scroll while drunk that burst into flames after he finishes reading it. Unknown to him the scroll granted him the power to edit a person's mind for the lack of a better word. With this new power he has the ability to grant a person a new name, after which their memories and personality will change to suit that name. The down side is that once that name is given he can't change it and that person will think that is their name permanently.
