W3D2: Noah and Eunhwa gets closer
The second day started with more tension. Noah and Eunhwa had ventured farther into town, finding themselves in the industrial district. The warehouses loomed overhead, their rusted exteriors blending with the gray sky. Eunhwa was unusually quiet at first, but by midday, her usual chatter returned.
“Do you ever laugh, big guy?” she asked as they rummaged through an old workshop. She held up a cracked mug that read World’s Okayest Mechanic and grinned. “Come on, this is funny.”
Noah shook his head, hiding a small smile. “Put it down. Let’s focus.”
She sighed, setting the mug on a workbench. “You’re impossible, you know that? I don’t know how Olivia puts up with you.”
“Because she loves me.” Noah said simply, but there was a hint of warmth in his voice. It was the first time she’d heard him sound human in days.
Eunhwa tilted her head, studying him. “I get it. You’re a good guy. But don’t you ever wonder—what if she wasn’t in the picture? What would you do?”
Noah froze, his hand hovering over a drawer he was searching. “That’s not something I think about,” he said firmly.
“You should,” Eunhwa said softly, stepping closer. “Because I do.”
He turned to her, his jaw tight. “Eunhwa—”
“Relax,” she interrupted, holding up her hands in mock surrender. “I'm kidding! I like spending time with you. That’s all.” Her teasing smile returned, but her words lingered in the air as they continued their search.
By the time they headed back to camp, Noah found himself laughing—actually laughing—at one of Eunhwa’s stories about her old baseball team. It was strange, unsettling even, but for a moment, the weight of the apocalypse lifted.
Greg had brought back more fresh game that day. Olivia was ecstatic, and he basked in her attention at the dinner table. Noah sat silently, picking at his food, while Olivia chattered on about the different ways she can prepare the meat, and how good a hunter Greg was. She did not even ask if the two scavengers had found anything good, apparently not expecting much from their efforts.
Just as he was about to lose his temper, Noah felt a kick in his shin. He looked across the table to see Eunhwa smiling sympathetically at him, nodding at his plate. He nodded, forcing another piece of meat into his mouth and swallowing it down. It was tender, juicy, and seasoned just right, but it was ash on his tongue.
But when Eunhwa made a face as Olivia continued to gush on how good the food was, he almost broke out in laughter.

Till Do Us Part: Zombie Apocalypse
A post-apocalyptic Harem simulator... or is it?
The story begins with Noah and Olivia, a newlywed couple whose dream wedding day is violently shattered when a zombie outbreak sweeps through the small lakeside town of Lakewood, thrust into a brutal world where survival trumps all. With the world crumbling around them, the couple found a safe haven amidst the chaos. Eventually, they encounter other survivors—some kind and hopeful, others driven by desperation and fear. Despite the growing need for extra hands and strength in numbers, more people also means more mouths to feed. As the survivors struggle to stay one step ahead of the ever-growing zombie horde, they are to make difficult choices. Sacrifices—of food, safety, and even humanity—become necessary to survive, leading to gut-wrenching decisions. As resources dwindle and the group grows larger, tensions rise, relationships are tested, and trust is broken. In this post-apocalyptic world, love is a fragile thing, and survival may come at the highest cost. You play as Noah, and through your choices must help them decide: How far are they willing to go for survival, and is their love strong enough to withstand the sacrifices they must make to stay alive?
