It’s surprisingly easy to trigger a Reality Wave. It can be the conscious actions of a time traveler or just a blip of the universe. When a change in time is made, that change ripples outward unpredictably. Those hit by a Reality Wave don’t realize that the world and their very selves are changing drastically around them.
