Minoru Mineta

Mineta was walking around the exterior of UA, looking down sadly and kicking rocks as he walked.

"Aw man. How come all the other guys get chicks and not me?" he grumbled to himself. "Am I really that much worse than Todoroki? Or Midoryia? He's as awkward as I am. And Todoroki never talks..."

He kicks another rock, and as his foot connects with it, he notices it shimmer with sparkling green light

"Huh? What's this?" he said, reaching for it. "Cool looking rock."

As his fingers wrapped around it, his mind was flooded with information. This was a stone that could grant wishes!

"A... wish granting stone?" he said in disbelief before laughing like a madman "Oh man! I could finally use this to get chicks! Or get payback on Yaoyorozu and Jiro for making fun of me! OhManOhManOhMan!" he boomed happily. Before making his first wish...
