When the two of you enter the administrators office, you're surprised to see that she is a woman. In a freeuse world, it's rare to see a women in any position of authority. Even if you ignored the problem of them enforcing rules over men who could fuck them at any moment, most women would find it near impossible to climb the ladder while spending over half their time at work on their knees. Apparently, out here, that's less of an impediment, so the two of you have your meeting with Amber Hawthorne, an older woman in her mid-fifties dressed conservatively and professionally who is currently glaring at the two of you across her desk.

"Let's get this over with, shall we?" She starts without pleasantries. "This is a local hospital and a local problem and we will deal with it amongst ourselves. We don't need your big city doctors or your big city money," she says addressing Agent Heron, "And you have helped enough," she says her gaze turning to you. "I'm sorry you came all this way for nothing, but there is nothing for you here. You can leave my hospital now." She stands up and gestures towards the door. You and Heron haven't even sat down yet.

You cock an eyebrow at Agent Heron. Breeders and NRG agents have almost unlimited authority. To be talked to like this, by a woman no less, is a surprise. Agent Heron's face betrays nothing. He is a professional after all and with his job, you suppose he has to deal with extraordinary situations all the time. He slowly and calmly takes a seat. Following his cue, you go to take a seat as well. There is an open seat next to him, however, a thought strikes you. There is another empty seat. With Ms. Hawthorne standing, her seat is currently unoccupied.
