Working at Wayne Manor

He had never gone into detail about his grand plan because it was still in the rough works. However, he had a working vision. The first stage was simple: collecting allies in various sectors of Gotham City. Check. He had Julia Pennyworth, Iman Avesta, Hadiyah, Jaina Hudson, Selina Kyle, and many, many others. Even Vicki Vale, the most influential reporter of the Gotham Gazette, was in his pockets. He had just fucked the redhead last night and suffice to say she might as well have been under his hypnosis. She obeyed him as long as she got a whiff of his dick.

Put simply, money was no issue nor was manipulation of the media. Aaron had it all and nobody knew it.

Then came stage two: the takeover of the League of Assassins and League of Shadows. He had briefly mentioned it before and how vital it was to change Gotham City. The endless wealth in those organizations could not be overstated. It could potentially solve poverty and homelessness. Not to mention the manpower and networking. With them, nothing would be out of his reach. Information would come to him as easily as a Google search.

In other words, his next two targets were Talia al Ghul and Lady Shiva. He had already made orders for Talia. Lady Shiva remained.

Stage three would be the complete dismantlement of Gotham crime families. It sounded simple on paper but he knew how deep the connections of the crime families ran. Health institutions, governments, ****, you name it and a crime syndicate was attached to it. Intergang, for example, were a group thought to be responsible for the smuggling of alien technology in Gotham City. That kind of thing had no business existing in Gotham. He needed to shut it down ASAP.

Of course, the stages were not in order. For example, stage two and stage three were progressing in sync. After all, the League of Assassins, Shadows, and Lazarus weren't fully under his acquisition, and he couldn't pause until he did. He needed to make change as fast as possible and that meant moving forward with stage three regardless of whether he had the Leagues or not.

Currently, Aaron was focused on his culinary creations in the kitchen of Wayne Manor, his hands skillfully maneuvering through the mixing bowls and baking trays. The tantalizing aroma of freshly baked goods filled the air, enveloping the room in a comforting ambiance.

He was alone. No one besides him was here, unless you counted the people in the Bat Cave. Otherwise, it was just him and Tim. Through his super hearing, he heard Batman and other members leave the cave.

Aaron's job was mostly preparing dinner in advance. He could come and go as he pleased as long as he came in to make dinner. Lunch and breakfast could be damned (at least that was what Bruce said).

Everything was ready besides the dessert. He was given a nutrition value list to follow for his foods. The carbohydrates necessary were in the cake.

The past hour had been going well. Too well. He shouldn't have been surprised when a chill went down his spine.

'Someone's here. Who could it be? Who could have infiltrated Wayne Ma–?'

He cut his own thoughts off as it dawned on him. The mystery of this intruder was no mystery. A small smile crossed his face. He could feel it, sense it, and even smell it. A shadowy figure was moving through the mansion's halls, closing in on the kitchen. A woman. Yes, there was no doubt about it now. It was nearly identical to someone whom he was closely intimate with, like the difference between an orange and a tangerine.

He didn't panic. He didn't react either. As if passing through another day of work, he meticulously decorated the cake with intricate designs. In the next minute, Aaron sensed a subtle shift in the air. They were here. He turned around and found the formidable Lady Shiva standing before him, her piercing green gaze fixed upon him.
