Chapter 68 by MrLarsBar MrLarsBar

Does he?

...maybe

Strangely enough, her question did summon a certain face to the front of his mind. He ignored the face and responded with a resounding, "No."

"I see." Vicki hummed and added, "We make a good pair though, don't we?"

The underlying meaning behind her words resulted in her getting spanked. The booming clap nearly elicited a moan. Aaron went back to fondling and switched to her other ass cheek.

"W-what?" Vicki huffed. "Don't we?"

"Hardly," Aaron replied, unfazed. "You're Vicki Vale. I'd rather not get caught up in whatever scandals you write yourself into."

"Don't tell me you're the type of guy to just sit back and watch the city burn?" There was a fire in her words. A real passion. It was eerily reminiscent of Cassandra.

"Of course not. I do what I can here and there but I do it within the comfort of my home. Unlike some people, I don't want the Joker to cripple me."

Vicki frowned. "That's a risk we have to take."

"And that's what sets us apart." Aaron stopped. His fat dong swung back to his thigh as he drew back and searched for his clothes. "I told you. Sex, personality, we are not compatible whatsoever."

"I don't know about the sex part," Vicki grumbled. In the back of his throat, there was the temptation to tell her just how bad she was in comparison to Cassandra. He decided against it when he realized it would do nothing except jeopardize their relationship. If every fuck session meant he got access to her phone, then it was a session well spent. He had already sent pictures of Vicki's investigation over to the Robins. He, of course, asked to be anonymous when they handed the information over to the Nest–to Lucius Fox.

Once he fully dressed, he bid her goodbye and left. Vicki asked for his number, which he dutifully supplied, as well as when their next session would be. Aaron couldn't give any promises but he implied he would swing around when he was horny. Vicki was okay with that. As long as they spaced out their sessions and she could not only recover but work effectively, then it was fine with her. She said she needed an outlet every two months. Even if he was taken, she wanted him to continue their little relationship.

Aaron responded that he would think about it. Vicki was clearly someone who needed a partner–and he wasn't referring to a sex partner. She was professional, compulsive, and too lonely. If she attached herself to him too much, then he suspected there would be turbulence in the future. Becoming the enemy of Vicki Vale was not a good idea. It would be better to stay in her good graces by maintaining their relationship but also keeping boundaries.
