Chapter 81 by Hypnomonkey

How does the first lesson go?

Surprisingly well

John watched as the women flocked to one another in small groups.

Blake, Yang, and Tsunade got on immediately, mostly because of their more ninja-like fighting styles in the case of Blake, who was even picking up some tricks from Tsunade. Tsunade and Yang were getting along more for their boisterous personalities than anything, though the two of them were exchanging lessons on the simple art of punching things.

Coco immediately gravitated towards Ann - less for their fighting style and more for their passion for fashion. Their interactions began as a lesson, but quickly devolved into fashion talk. Though in fairness, Ann DID learn a good bit about being a huntress from her.

Weiss warmed up to Manuela pretty quickly. While Manuela did have her... downsides... the more prim and proper way she had of carrying herself, and her operatic professionalism, caught the young heiress's attention quickly. It also helped that Manuela - in her world - was a mage, and Weiss was able to quickly get on the same page as her by replicating her magic with dust, and vice versa.

Finally, Ruby and Velvet moved towards Jasmine. Ruby was more enamored with the natural beauty of the woman and wasn't exactly teaching. But in Velvet's case, Jasmine wasn't really a fighter in her world. Velvet's main means of fighting wasn't exactly hands on, so she was able to give Jasmine some potential ideas for how to develop a combat style.

As Jaune watched...

What did he do?
