And so, he touched his phone to the silver electro-magnetic code, which downloaded what he was fully expecting to be a virus onto his phone. Instead of stealing all his data and destroying his phone, all he got (as far as he could tell, anyways), was an app on the side of his home screen. It was simply labelled "Spectacular," and the logo seemed to be an animated version of a pair of glasses, presumably the glasses that came with the manual. "Huh. Would you look at that," he remarked.

Of course, he clicked on it, and the app opened to an interface of the same buttons that the manual outlined for him on the sides of the screen, but also to a few things he didn't know about on the bottom. Most notably, a big pink button labelled 'On', and on each side of the 'On' button were statistics related to the buttons on the side. Each stated in light gray letters "No target selected." Likely, they would display the proper information when Jehnova used the glasses. The space in the middle had a grayed out model of a person rotating in place, possibly a placeholder for a 3D model of whoever the glasses targeted.

With nothing else to do, he turned the glasses on. As he held them in his hand, he watched as they flashed to life. The lights took the shape of a circle, before a smile and a pair of eyes materialized. The light shifted color in a rainbow gradient which, while in a sense beautiful, was also not something anyone would want to be wearing on their face. Jehnova looked back at the app, which this displayed a box over the gray person the said "1 target in range." Jehnova looked around for a 'target' before realizing that the glasses were talking about him. "Oh, you mean me. Welp, guess it cant hurt to try." After a little thought he realized that it could probably hurt to try, but regardless, he clicked on the box and selected the only option that presented itself.
