As Jaune walks down the halls of Beacon Academy, he eventually happens upon one of his classmates - Coco Adel.

He wasn't overly familiar with the girl by any means. All he really knew was that she was super into fashion, and was friends with Velvet; his sister in suffering at the hands of Cardin.

He figured she'd be as good a target as any. If she thought he was weird, it was no skin off his back. Better to test on her than someone he knows well.

He took aim from behind her, ready to fire the gun.
