No! Actually, you go and pick up the item and dust it off!

You walk over to the glowing thing, grab it and pull it out of the ground, it’s so dirty that you try to rub it clean to get a better look at it, you notice it’s golden underneath and it seems to be a lamp.

It glows a bit then something like steam starts to rise from it’s nozzle then smoke, you get quite a shock and fall backwards on your ass, the smoke thickens and suddenly it forms into the upper body of a very beautiful woman, first her face forms then her huge rack, then an impressive set of fit abs, stopping at her waist while the rest of her is a smoke leading out of the lamp.

She’s wearing a classic genie outfit, crosses her arms under her gigantic bust, bows her head and says: “Thank you for letting me out of the lamp, I am genie Jane, what are your wishes?”

“You are a genie?”

“Yes a genie, trapped and bound to the lamp, classic style, yadda yadda yadda, you can wish for whatever you desire most.” genie Jane replies in an excited tone, leaning forward as she seems to flex her crossed arms a bit, pushing her chest forward and making her cleavage more pronounced than before.

You look stunned at the big chested genie floating in the air, she starts to look at you with impatient annoyance and repeats herself: “Well what do you wish for?… My master.” her last words sounding super sultry.
