Naked Hooters

After the topless waitressing and the bottomless mimosas, Hooters has decided to implement a Superstar Waitress program where the girls can either volunteer to serve naked or may be asked to do so anyways especially those unable to make enough tips per shift.

While some waitresses have jumped on the program with glee, others are much more reluctant.
