The Beach

Frank stared out at the vast expanse of green and blue that stretched before him. He had only been to the ocean once as a kid, but this seemed different somehow, cleaner, pristine.

Sarah and Beth stepped up next to him and took a moment to look over the vista of water and people playing in the sand. “I am going to the showers” Beth announced and headed towards a public and crowded looking showerroom. “Have you been to the beach before?” Sarah asked him. Frank opened his mouth to mention the one time as a kid but thought better of it and just shook his head instead. Sarah nodded. “You will need to shower first, the alge in the water does not respond well to the oils in human skin, so the water contains a special chemical that helps nutlirize it. If you want to go in now you can go with Beth, come with me to meet some of my friends or head in by yourself.
