A few different people...

I check my stats before I start searching for a new target:

It occurs to me that Lisa is now a higher level than me. So far that doesn't seem to matter, though.

Who do I pick next? No one comes to mind right away. At the same time I don't want to pick some random person from the list. So I start thinking. My relatives? No, not at this time. Neighbors? That might work. But who?

After a minute of going through the list of people that live nearby I find my first new target: Victoria Edwards. She's undeniably hot, but she's also an arrogant bitch who is rude to everyone – including her husband, who loves her more than anything. The poor guy deserves a reward for putting up with her shit... and I am going to give Victoria some incentive to give him said reward...

I try to add her as a target, but it turns out there are multiple women named Victoria Edwards living in our city. It takes a bit of fiddling with the filters, but eventually I manage to find the one I am looking for and add her as my new target.

Hmm, I guess I can earn more such achievements as I increase the number of people I have used the app on. I doubt it will be per person, though. More likely it will be at specific milestones, such as 5 people or 10 people.

More importantly, I am now level 3 and can spend another perk point if I want. Yay for progress! Anyway, back to giving her a quest. First I check Victoria's profile:

At first no one comes to mind, so I let my mind wonder. After a minute I recall something I heard recently. Two women from one of the nearby buildings were complaining about their landlord. Supposedly he ignores any issues with the building, forcing the tenants to fix everything themselves even though the contracts say he has to fix any issues. I don't know if I can do anything about it, but I can at least try...

I hear the door of Lisa's room open and a moment later she calls to me. “Marie, I'm going out for a bit! Want me to get you anything?”

“No, nothing. But thanks for asking!” I tell her without looking back, still focused on my search.

“Okay, bye! I'll see you later!” Soon after I hear her leave.

I takes a bit of searching to find out who the problematic landlord is. Once I have his name I get to work. First I add him as a target:

I'm not sure how the monetary reward will work. Will he just get 500 bucks out of thin air? Or will he find them somewhere? Or something else? Whatever, I don't really care. Hopefully the promise of money will encourage him to do the tasks. Annoyingly this quest has a cooldown of 48 hours. So I guess it is not just the number of objectives, but also what those objectives are.

That's two targets. One more slot left.

Sudden loud music from outside startles me and almost makes me drop my phone. Annoyed, I look through the window to find the source. It turns out to be Jack Dickinson, the youngest child of a wealthy family. He seems convinced he can do whatever he wants just because his parents are rich. As good a target as any, as far as I am concerned. I quickly add him and check his status:

The Relation entry is accurate, even if I would have worded it a bit more rudely. I tap Add Quest and start thinking what objectives to give him. I want the loud music to stop, but more importantly I want him gone so that I can write in peace. “This should work...” I mumble as I start typing. Again the Common Quest Rewards I perk triggers:

I'm not sure Jack would care about that sort of reward, but whatever. I just want him out of town so he won't disturb me, or anyone else, at least for the rest of the day. Is this the optimal way to use the app? Probably not, but I don't care.
