Not an interruption.

Before Kat could respond, there was a knock from the front door. She immediately shushed Dani, who giggled.

"I bet it's Eric," she slurred woozily. "He's s'posed to come over later."

Kat stared at Dani, trying very hard to think of an ethical solution to her predicament. Dani flashed a shiteating grin.

"Do it," she said.

Kat was decided. She stood, fully nude, and marched into the living room, where Eric was checking his texts. She crept silently across the room till she could almost touch him. He spotted her and jumped with a yelp.

"Kat! Whoa, what the fuck, Kat, You're naked! I'm so sorry, I- huh."

He staried mutely at her lightly toned forearm. It hovered between them as she lightly gripped his wrist. His eyes tracked up to her biceps, her shoulders, her slender neck until they met hers. Eric knew.

"Uh... give me all the money in your wallet." she said. Eric immediately pulled out the three dollars and offered it to her.

"Ok, so you can't get mad at me, right?"

Eric thought about it for a second. Getting mad at... Kat? His girlfriend's roommate? It was a non sequitur.

"I guess not," he said. "Where's Dani?"

"That's the thing," Kat said. She paused for a moment. "I'm about to fuck her brains out."

Eric's face immediately broadened into a huge grin. "Are you serious? That's awesome! I didn't even know she was into girls! Unless..."

She noddes. "I changed her. Or I guess she changed for me."

Eric nodded before his face lit up. "Hey, where is she? We should totally prank her! I could act all mad that you're fucking my girlfriend, and-"

"She won't care, though," objected Kat. "She's like you."

"Oh, right." He thought for a moment. "Well, we don't have to. Whatever you want, of course."

"Actually, she's, uh... kinda hazy right now "

"Really?" Eric asked excitedly. "Can I see?"

Kat nodded and ushered him into her bedroom. His wife was naked and sprawled across the bed, looking stunned.

"Eric!" Dani cried.

"Dani! Don't worry, I know about Kat. Did she really make you stupid?"

"Yep," Dani nodded enthusiastically. "Real stupid."

"How's it feel?" Kat asked.

"Good but kinda frustrating. I think I'd rather be smart again."

"Fine, go ahead," Kat said with an eyeroll. "But remember I can put you back in that mode anytime."

"Someone's getting adjusted to her new power quickly," said Eric. "You can really make us stupid, huh?"

"She can change anything!" Dani said with excitement. "Anything you wish was different about your thoughts or behavior."

"Alright," Kat said with a clap. "Who's ready for couple's therapy?"
