While Kushina was knocked out Mebuki quickly brough out a syringe and injected it near Kushina's ass before quickly removing the needle and leaving the scene.

A few moments later Kushina woke up rather angrily deciding to hunt Mebuki down later after she had found something to eat.

Deciding to drown her hunger out with ramen she made her way to Ichiraku's Ramen where she ordered 10 bowls before making her way to find Mebuki.

Unkownst to her the contents of Mebuki's injection was mixing with the ramen she just ate.
