"I understand, still why don't you at least have something to eat first. Here it's on the house." the woman said as she brough out a plate of pancakes for Kushina.

"Oh thanks!" without a second thought Kushina dug in, consuming the pancakes quickly.

"Hey thanks a lot!" Kushina said as she stood up having finished the pancakes.

Just as she approached the door leading out of the diner she suddenly felt a wave of drowsiness come over her.

"What the---" Kushian managed to slur out before falling asleep collapsing on the floor.

"Oh dear, didn't your parents teach you not to accept food from strangers? Hmm time to carry out Mebuki's instructions, I would've kept you for myself but it looks like she has something far crueller in mind for you." the woman said as she approached Kushina's body.
