People are getting suspicious of your sudden wealth

By now, you're making millions in profits per day. However, your buyers are getting mighty suspicious as to where you're acquiring all of these items from. You already had a small scandal early on when you tried selling multiple copies of the same smartphone, which all had the same phone number. By now, many banks have blacklisted you, and you're absolutely sure that the FBI is investigating your activities.

You still manage to find willing customers, thankfully. The local mafia has no qualms about the origins of your wares, so you regularly send out a clone to drive a truck full of valuable minerals and designer handbags to them in exchange for a small fortune. This, if nothing else, should tick the FBI off.

Then it occurs to you that your friends in the organized crime scene could help out in other ways too. You decide to exchange one truckload of valuables for a truckload of body armor, guns and ammo. Lacking any decent place to practice shooting in peace, you deign to reveal the nature of your existence to these criminals, making sure to remind them that if one of your clones disappears, the original Sophie will rat them out within an hour. You then proceed to rent out the criminals' hideout for training purposes.

Soon you've amassed a small but competent army at your disposal - an army which doubles in size every day, as your clones wear ammo belts and keep their guns holstered.

Now the time has come to take the fight to the FBI. You disappear by taking a troupe of 60 clones to the airport and having each of them take a different flight abroad - nobody will be able to know which one of you is the original, and sending an agent on all of them would be impossible.

You essentially take over your home city only minutes after the last flight carrying a Sophie clone leaves. Outgoing roads are blocked, police stations are stripped of weapons and every empty house or apartment in the city is relegated to host more cloning Sophies. Not even army bases can gun down enough of you, not to mention that seeing millions of perfectly identical women at once is surreal enough of an experience to dissuade people from fighting in the first place.

From here, your clones begin to march Eastward across the United States, mobilized by equipment appropriated from police stations and army bases. This has all happened in two days, and the world is in panic. The US government is **** to use nukes, as it would cause more damage to the civilian population than to you, as your troops are heavily decentralized and their spawning locations are deeply within residental areas.

The coalition of Sophies calls for an unconditional surrender, which the United States grants after a week, seeing as there's no stopping your seemingly endless army, and by surrendering they'll be able to retain even a sliver of their soldiers intact.

You rule the United States with your clone army.
