What's next?
A day for oaths indeed
After the two finally broke the hug, Adi stepped forward, coming to stand in front of Vel. Dina took it as her cue to step into the spot Vel’s twin had just vacated in the circle. Lady Rienne stepped next to Adi, so they were both facing Vel. “So, beloved brother of mine, the rest of us had a thought. We might not all be badass warriors fit to be sworn shields, but we think we should still swear our own oaths to you. We want to swear our own oaths to you. Will you accept them?” Vel was touched, and more than a little aroused, by the fact that all these gorgeous women wanted to kneel in front of and pledge themselves to him.
“Of course I will, Adi.” He looked at each of the others in turn. “I will happily hear and accept any oath of fealty any of you wish to swear to me.” Smiles broke out among them, and Adi let out a little cheer. “Yay! Okay, we thought we should do this a little differently. We all made our own oaths for this, as we don’t have to follow something official like the oath of a sworn shield. I want to say what’s in my heart and soul, my own personal oath to you, Vel. And I don’t want to repeat it after anyone. And I think the others feel the same.” Everyone nodded, including their mother. “Will you accept them like that, love of my life?” Vel nodded. “Of course I will, it sounds beautiful.” A delighted grin spread over his twin’s features. “Excellent.”
Adi looked like she was briefly a bit too excited and needed to compose herself before continuing. “I think someone should still officiate and confirm that the oaths have been sworn and witnessed though. Mother can do it and for her oath you can choo-“ Lady Rienne gently put her hand on Adeline’s shoulder, giving it a soft squeeze. Confused, Adi stopped mid-sentence and turned to her. “Sweetheart, I think you should take over. As the first among Velas’ wives, the honor of officiating these oaths should be yours. We can figure out who will do so for your own oath when that time comes.” It was Adi’s turn to have her jaw drop open, then she promptly started sobbing, enveloping her mother in a hug. “Oh Mooooooom, that’s so sweeeeeet!” Lady Rienne looked both taken aback and amused as she gently stroked Adi’s hair and patted her back. “There, there, Honey, it is no less than you deserve. You were the first among us to recognize Vel for who and what he was and the only one to never waver in your dedication to him. We all humbly stand in deference to you when it comes to this.” More nods from around the circle, including from Rose and Jeane, who of course had never failed Vel but who deferred to Adi for other reasons.
Vel’s twin eventually pulled her head back with a loud sniff, but she kept her tight hold on her mother’s torso. “Thank you, Mother. That was the nicest and most beautiful thing you’ve ever said to me. I- I think I need a moment to compose myself before I can uficate. I mean defecate. I mean-“ Lady Rienne giggled as she cut her daughter off again. “We understand, Sweetheart. It is fine.” Everyone looking on was smiling affectionately, even Dina, amusement in all their eyes. Adi really was the best.
It only took a few moments for Adi to wipe her tears and take a few deep breaths. That and a hug from Vel was enough to get her emotions in check. “Okay, I’m ready. Let’s continue.” Lady Rienne smiled widely at her daughter. “I would be honored if you would witness my oath first, Dear.” For a moment it looked like Adi might cry again, but she managed to keep her composure this time. “Of course, I would love to!” Their mother looked to Vel next. “And will you hear my oath?” He nodded, there sure was a lot of that today. “Of course, it will be an honor, Mother.”

His mother got down on both knees in front of him, just like Dina had. For most oaths one only had to go down on one knee, that was the legal requirement and what was traditional. The person swearing the oath getting down on both knees happened very rarely, and when it did it was meant as a way to show additional respect, and in some cases deference or even submission. Vel was certain his mother meant to show all three, as Dina no doubt had as well.
Adi had taken up the position Lady Rienne had been in when she officiated the oath between Dina and Vel. “If you are ready, you may begin.” Vel locked eyes with his kneeling and topless mother, that brilliant green framed by fire as beautiful as ever. “I, Lady Rienne of House Andros, hereby swear to you, Velas of House Andros, my son, my master, and the love of my life, that I shall henceforth dedicate my life to you and only you. I shall strive to be the best for you in every way that I can. The best mother both to you and our children, the best advisor, the best wife, the best lover, and whatever else you may need or wish me to be. I swear that I will be yours, that you will own every part of me. Body, mind, soul, and heart, and no piece of any of them shall be barred to you. I vow to obey you in all things and to never fail you again, and to never forget the kindness you have shown me by giving me a second chance.”
Vel found himself slightly overwhelmed by emotion, tears trying to push out behind his eyes. That distressed him. He didn’t cry much, he barely had since childhood. Crying was very difficult for him, having been told too often that it wasn’t something men did. He managed to fight the tears back down, only a single one escaping to roll down his cheek. And, considering how touched his mother seemed by the sight of it, it perhaps wasn’t that bad. Adi turned to him. “Do you, Velas of House Andros, accept this oath?” He placed his hand on top of his mother’s head and felt the vibrations of her content hum as she closed her eyes. “I, Velas of House Andros, hear and accept this oath. In turn I swear to always love and cherish you as both my mother, my lover, my wife, the mother of my children, and the many other things you are and will be to me. I swear that you will always have a place at my side and in my bed.”
Adi nodded. “The oath has been sworn and accepted. I, Adeline of House Andros, bear witness to it. As do all others gathered here. This bond is now forged in sight of the earth around us and the heavens above us and may never be broken. May you uphold it with honor and integrity, and may your commitment never falter.”
Another round of applause broke out as Vel removed his hand and his mother got back to her feet, the two of them embracing and sharing a quick kiss. “Who wishes to be next?” Lynn’s hand shot up, and no one seemed in any hurry to contest her. She somewhat shyly stepped forward, their mother giving her a hug and a few words of encouragement before taking her place in the circle.
As Lynn came to a halt in front of her brother, she blushed and took hold of the flimsy little straps holding her top. “It seems this is the thing to do when swearing an oath to you, far it be from me to go against tradition.” And with those words, she pushed the straps off her shoulders and bared her breasts to her brother.

Vel’s eyes locked on Lynn’s as she knelt in front of him, now as exposed as her mother and older sister. Adi stepped back into her position. “Are you ready, Lynnie?” Without taking her eyes off Velas, she nodded. “Very well then, you may begin.”
His older sister took a deep breath before beginning, and Vel could see the storm of emotions she was keeping in check as she spoke. “I, Chielynn of House Andros, swear upon my life, my honor, and all that I hold sacred, that I will strive to always be the perfect wife to you and the best mother I can be to your children. I vow to love you unwaveringly and I pledge to be forever obedient to your will. I swear to always cherish the gifts you have given me. The gift of forgiveness. The gift of love. The gift of family. The gift of motherhood. The gift of purpose, and so many more.”
Vel again found himself incredibly touched. That oath was so very Lynn, it fit her so well. Her gratitude as she said the last few sentences practically shone from her eyes, the words brimming with love and joy. With some effort, he calmed himself and put his hand on her head. “I, Velas of House Andros, hear and accept this oath. In turn I swear to be the best husband I can be to you, to give you as many children as you desire, and to love and cherish you and the bond we share for ever and always. I vow that I will forever love you, and that you shall forever be my wife.”
Once again Adi nodded and repeated her earlier words. “The oath has been sworn and accepted. I, Adeline of House Andros, bear witness to it. As do all others gathered here. This bond is now forged in sight of the earth around us and the heavens above us and may never be broken. May you uphold it with honor and integrity, and may your commitment never falter.”
Another round of applause, and a happy and flushed looking Lynn practically jumped up to embrace and kiss Vel, her bare breasts pushing up against his chest. He wrapped his arms around her, again moving one down to squeeze her bare ass. As they broke apart an excited Viella immediately came forward. “Can I please be next, Daddy?” She was practically bouncing on the spot, she was so excited. “Of course you can, Princess, I would love to hear your oath next.” She beamed at her brother as she immediately got her breasts out for him.

Her excitement was still palpable as she knelt on two knees, her fingers fidgeting with the embroideries on her dress. Adi looked at her. “Are you ready, Princess?” Ella, still brimming with nervous energy, gave a cute and slightly twitchy nod. “Then you may begin.”
Staring at her brother with the utmost worship and dedication, Ella spoke in a surprisingly even tone and at a measured pace. “I, Viella of House Andros, swear upon my life, my honor, and all that I hold dear, that I will be your loyal and loving sister and wife. I vow to bring joy to your days and to support you with all my heart and to always be grateful for the bond we share. As your Princess, I promise to always look up to you and follow your guidance. You are my only Daddy, and I pledge that you shall be the master of my womb and body as well as my heart and soul. I promise to be obedient and dedicated, always striving to make you proud. This is my solemn vow, and I shall keep it until my last breath.”
Vel was again somewhat overwhelmed. This oath said much the same as the others had, but in a way that was so uniquely Ella. She'd made it cute, but still managed to keep it sounding serious. He was so proud of her. He put his hand on top of her golden-blonde hair. “I, Velas of House Andros, accept this heartfelt oath with all the honor and love it carries. I vow in turn to always be your Daddy and that you will forever be my little Princess. I promise to guide you with wisdom and protect you with all my strength. I swear to love and cherish you forever, and that you shall always have a special place in my heart.”
The by now expected words were again preceded by a solemn nod from his twin. “The oath has been sworn and accepted. I, Adeline of House Andros, bear witness to it. As do all others gathered here. This bond is now forged in sight of the earth around us and the heavens above us and may never be broken. May you uphold it with honor and integrity, and may your commitment never falter.” Ella quickly got back to her feet, and there was applause all around them as Vel grabbed her by the waist and lifted her high enough for them to share a passionate kiss.
After he put her down, she quickly skipped over to rose, her breasts bouncing pleasantly. “I think you should go next, Rose!” The maid looked at Jeane as if for approval, and the pretty guard responded with a smile and a nod. Tentatively, Rose stepped forward, and Viella quickly took her spot in the ever more topless circle.
As she came to stand in front of her lord and love, Vel could tell Rose was nervous to have the eyes of so many noble ladies on her, to be the center of attention in this kind of gathering was no doubt a nightmare for most servants. She probably felt a bit inadequate too. Before Vel could try to reassure her, Adi got started on her job as his first wife. “Rose, you look gorgeous, really. Stunning even. Never doubt that you deserve to stand here as much as any of us.” There were noises of agreement from all around, and Vel saw his chance to chime in. “I love you, Rose, and you truly do look magnificent. I will be overjoyed and honored to hear your oath.” Rose let out a breath, and with it the tension seemed to ease from her body. She smiled widely as she lowered the entire top half of her dress in order to bare her bosom to the only man she had ever shown it to.

The gorgeous maid, who right now looked far more like a noble lady, kept that smile as she knelt on both knees in front of Velas. “Are you ready to swear your oath?” Rose, like those who had gone before her, nodded without ever taking her eyes off her lord. “Very well, you may begin.”
“I, Rose of no house, swear upon my life, my heart, and all that I hold sacred, that I will forever remain a loyal and obedient servant to you, my first lover and the only man I shall ever love. I vow to eternally honor you as the center of my heart and soul, to always strive to please and support you, and to be yours in all ways until the end of time. I promise to never forget the boundless love and kindness you have shown me, an unworthy commoner, by judging my love worthy of you. Whatever you may wish of me, it will always be my pleasure, privilege, and honor to see it done.”
He could not have asked for a better or more fitting oath from his first lover. Velas placed his hand on those lovely dark curls. "I, Velas of House Andros, accept your heartfelt oath with deep gratitude and love. I vow to forever treasure the love and kindness you have shown me and will show me. I will forever be grateful for the light in the darkness you often were for me, and for the relief from pain you so often brought me. I promise that you shall remain my lover, wife, and servant forever, and that I shall never take the many blessings you shower me with for granted. I also swear that, as long as I am part of House Andros, so too will you be.”
Vel mentally mouthed along to Adi’s words after she nodded. “The oath has been sworn and accepted. I, Adeline of House Andros, bear witness to it. As do all others gathered here. This bond is now forged in sight of the earth around us and the heavens above us and may never be broken. May you uphold it with honor and integrity, and may your commitment never falter.” Rose stood up slowly, her eyes once again locking on his. They gracefully came together, entwining with the practiced ease of long-time lovers. Applause sounded around them as their lips met.
When they reluctantly broke apart, Rose walked over to Jeane. “I think it is your turn now, Lady du Duon.” Her tone was very formal, and Vel realized that the two of them probably barely knew each other. The pretty soldier nodded gratefully though, and the two exchanged places, leaving the circle now made up entirely of women with their breasts on display for him.
As the gorgeous guard stood in front of him, she quickly unclasped the orange belt that circled her dress under her chest before pulling down said dress to show off her modest but perfectly shaped and very pleasing tits to Vel.

As the topless soldier went down on two knees before him, Vel reflected once again upon the fact that whatever costs might be associated with being The Heir, they were worth it millions of times over. He found himself snapped out of his introspection when Adi unexpectedly addressed Dina. “Amordina of House Andros, have you released Jeane du Duon from her oath as your sworn shield?” Dina nodded gravely. “Yes. I, Amordina of House Andros, formally and officially freed Jeane du Duon of any and all oaths and obligations to me earlier today. As many who are gathered can attest, as they stood witness to it.” Multiple of the women, including Lady Rienne and Chielynn, confirmed that.
Vel should have expected this, of course Jeane could not swear any oath to him while still being bound to Dina by the oath of a sworn shield. That was an incredible sacrifice both of them were making for him, and he wanted them both to know that he appreciated this before they continued with the oath. “I want both of you to know, Jeane and Dina, that I immensely appreciate the sacrifice you have both made for me. I do not take this lightly, and it means a great deal.” Both women nodded, acknowledging his words, but only Dina spoke. “Then I would ask one thing of you, Master.” Vel spread his hands in an expansive gesture. “Name it, dear sister.”
“You intend for me to be the captain of your personal guard, do you not?” Vel was a bit surprised. He did indeed plan to give her that position, but he didn’t think he’d told her. Had she somehow gleaned it in one of the visions she’d been part of, or had she simply reasoned her way to that conclusion? He supposed it didn’t matter much right now. “That is true, I do.” Dina inclined her head. “I will of course be honored to serve you in that role. And I want Jeane as my second in command.” Dina’s former shield gasped. That had to take a bit of the sting out of being released from her oath. It was definitely a promotion. Vel nodded. “Done, an excellent choice.” Dina smiled. “Thank you, Brother.”
With that out of the way, they got back to the oath swearing itself. Adi looked to the kneeling soldier. “If you are ready, you may swear your oath.” Jeane’s eyes bored into his as she spoke. “I, Jeane du Duon, swear upon my honor and all that I am that I am entirely yours, Velas of House Andros. My whole body and entire being, from my sword arm, ready to fight for you, to my heart, devoted to you alone, to my pussy, existing only for your pleasure. I swear that I shall obey you and only you in all things and love only you and no other until the day I die. I promise I shall strive every day to be a soldier worthy of your service.”
Yup. That was Jeane. Down to earth, explicit, and no beating around the bush. Vel loved her. With a smile he put his hand on her head. “I, Velas of House Andros, hear and accept your oath with deep gratitude and respect. I swear in turn that I will always value you service and strive to be worthy of it. I vow that no beat of your heart, swing of your sword, or thrust into your pussy shall be taken for granted or wasted. I promise to love you for as long as I live, and to always ensure you receive the rough and tender passions needed to keep you satisfied.”
The by now very familiar words came again. “The oath has been sworn and accepted. I, Adeline of House Andros, bear witness to it. As do all others gathered here. This bond is now forged in sight of the earth around us and the heavens above us and may never be broken. May you uphold it with honor and integrity, and may your commitment never falter.” Predictably, Jeane immediately surged to her feet and roughly pulled Vel into a passionate kiss by the front of his doublet. Again, applause sounded in the expansive entryway.
Vel had thought this would mean it was Adi’s turn, but instead the topless Dina once again stepped forward. “If you would hear it, Vel, I would like to swear another oath. A personal one, like the others. I… I think that would be nice.” She kind of blushed at the end there, which was very cute.

Adi smiled at her encouragingly and Vel couldn’t help but smile too, “Of course, my love, it would be my pleasure to accept a second oath from my sexy sister.” Dina got down on both knees in front of her brother for the second time that day, their eyes once again locking together. “If you are ready, you may swear your oath.”
The intensity in Dina’s voice and eyes was something else indeed as she spoke her second vow to her little brother. "I, Amordina of House Andros, vow with all my heart and all that I am that my mind and body are entirely yours, for any use you see fit, and that my love and devotion to you are and will forever remain boundless. Even if you have already forgiven me, I swear that I shall forever seek to atone for how I have failed you. You shall forever be my one and only love and my one and only master, I submit to you in every way, with my very soul. I swear to obey you in all things, except for when it clashes with my oath as your sworn shield. This is my solemn vow, given with all the sincerity and dedication of my heart."
Damn. That was powerful indeed. Not for the first time that day, Vel fought back tears. He placed his hand on Dina’s head, again feeling her warm emotions travel up through his limb. "I, Velas of House Andros, hear and accept your oath. I swear in turn that you are already forgiven for any mistakes you may have made, but that I will always appreciate your efforts to atone even so. I promise that you will always be my sister, my wife, my lover, and my protector, and you will always have a cherished place at my side. I also vow to give you only the strongest daughters, as you deserve. This is my solemn vow, and I shall uphold it always."
For the last time that day, Adi spoke the words she had to be growing tired of by now. “The oath has been sworn and accepted. I, Adeline of House Andros, bear witness to it. As do all others gathered here. This bond is now forged in sight of the earth around us and the heavens above us and may never be broken. May you uphold it with honor and integrity, and may your commitment never falter.”
Unlike the last time, Dina did not immediately get up. Instead, she bent forwards, getting on all fours, her breasts coming to rest against the no doubt cold floor. Gently, she placed a kiss on top of each of Vel’s shoes in a gesture of submission. Then she rose and the two once again embraced, his lips getting the kiss this time. More applause, it was only fitting.
As they broke apart Dina somehow produced a delicate yet sturdy silvery steel chain from somewhere. Vel had no idea where, the dress clearly had no pockets. It was closed at the front by a lock. “This lock has no key, it can never be opened.” Dina’s tone was grave as she said it, and Vel understood what that meant. Her penance would be unending. She put it over her head and diagonally slung it over her shoulders, so it ran in between her perfect breasts.
Dina intended to step back towards the circle, but Adi took her hand and held her back. “If you wouldn’t mind, Dina, I would be pleased if you would officiate my oath.” Their older sister looked truly flabbergasted and it was her turn to let her jaw drop open. “Adi I, uh, I of course I will. Thank you.” Vel could tell she really was touched, and Adi beamed at her. It was heartening to see how well she was already doing in her role as first among his wives.
The two sister traded places. Adi’s dress, unlike most of the others, didn’t lend itself well to being opened or pulled down. She instead followed Dina’s example, simply tearing the delicate fabric that was keeping her beloved brother’s gaze away from her breasts.

She then swiftly got down on both knees. At least Vel assumed she was on both knees. Her ball gown was by far the most expansive garment anyone was wearing, and she could have been dancing under there for all he knew. She beamed up at her brother, and through their permanent connection Vel felt a devotion that no one could ever hope to match. “If you are ready, you may swear your oath.” Vel was willing to bet no one had ever been as ready for anything as Adi was in that moment.
"I, Adeline of House Andros, swear that I shall always remain as I have always been: yours in every way."
Fuck, that was perfect. What more needed saying? Adi had always been his, he had always been her everything. There were gasps from around them, but all of them were in awe, none in disapproval. Vel couldn’t help it, this deserved a little sob and a few tears.
He placed his hand on top of that short red hair. "I, Velas of House Andros, accept your oath with all my heart. I in turn swear that you have always been, and will forever remain, my number one in all things. I will always love you as I always have. This is my solemn vow, and I shall honor it always."
Tears flowed freely down his twin’s face, they looked almost like sparkling little droplets of joy. This time, Dina spoke the words they’d heard from Adi so many times that day. “The oath has been sworn and accepted. I, Amordina of House Andros, bear witness to it. As do all others gathered here. This bond is now forged in sight of the earth around us and the heavens above us and may never be broken. May you uphold it with honor and integrity, and may your commitment never falter.”
Adeline practically glided back to her feet, the billowing skirts making it look like she was floating. The twins embraced in body and mind, the way only they could. Their tongues entered that passionate dance they so often did, and the round of applause was by far the longest and loudest yet. It was perfect.
