Lil asks Bernie to explain what she missed

Gary bent down and rolled up the towel that had caught his fresh load and Hank's earlier one. "Got it, Dad." He followed Hank out the door.

"Bernie?" Lil said. "Just a sec. Okay?" She looked to Bernie, standing by Gary's bedroom door.

Bernie nodded to Gary and Hank. "Go ahead, I'll be along."

"Okay, see you in bed," Hank said.

"Love you, Bernie," Gary said.

Bernie laughed. "I have absolutely no doubt."

Gary chuckled and blew her a kiss.

Bernie stepped into Gary's room with Lil and closed the door. "Unless you wanted to talk downstairs, or in your room?" she asked.

"No, here's fine," Lil said. She laughed. "Oh my gosh, this was the last thing I expected. Gary and Dad going up each other's butts." Her mouth widened into a grin. "So awesome! What a surprise. I thought I'd seen everything downstairs tonight, with Stuart's surf crew, but I guess I nodded off too soon. So how did all this happen?"

Bernie explained how she and Gary had tiptoed out of the party to confer with Hank and Veevee, tired and loopy from their long return trip after the interrupted cruise, and all four had ended up in the shower together.

"Oh, wow," Lil said, as Bernie described how things had progressed. "Oh, WOW." Lil raised her eyebrow. "Okay. So Gary went down to make sure Stuart and everyone got going, he put the blanket on me, and then he went back up?"

Bernie nodded. "Yes. We were, well, your Mom wanted us all to sleep together, because she wanted to jill off with me."

"Oh, mom," Lil said. "BEE-RAISIN slut." She shook her head.

Bernie laughed. "Your mom and my mom are both brazenly sexual in their own special ways. So yes, your mom and I jilled off together, and I thought we had all gone to sleep, and then I woke up and Gary and your dad were gone. So I went looking."

"And I was already there," Lil said. "That was AWESOME. I had no idea. I loved watching Dad and Gary getting off like that. Together. I guess that catches me up with everything except one thing."
