"Actually Can You Tell Me Where I Am?"

After taking another slurp of their coconut, Looker started to answer your question.

"Yeah I can answer that. Welcome to the Great Endless Dessert, a place of magical wonders, future advancements, kinky sex, and vicious ****. Basically one of the best places in the multiverse for a fun adventure."

Slightly surprised, you ask, "How did I get here?"

Smiling widely, the midget jumped up into the sun's light. You were blinded for a second as if the light glowed brighter for a second, so you covered your eyes with your hands. Moving them aside, you turn back to the blue man, but he wasn't there. Instead, you see a blonde chick that looked like she was about to go to her collage sorority pool party in a flowery bikini and shades. She struck a pose before lying stomach first back on the chair before turning to face you again.

"Oh, it was me of course. Plucked you right out of your dreams and brought your soul here cause I wanted to help explain the rules of this place and talk to you for a bit. Also before you ask, your physical body is perfectly fine and your still sleeping at home right now. Finally welcome to your new home."

She swept one of her arms around, gesturing towards the desert and the path that continued on the other side of the oasis. You could hear piano music playing softly and your mind start to panic at the thought of dying of heat, until you heard Looker start laughing.

"Hahaha, you should have seen the look on your face. You'll be fine. It's not like I am going to just let you wander endless on the path forward. I will be giving you some gifts for your journey. You'll also be exploring new places, gaining more powers, meeting new people, and finding treasure of course. All part of a balanced adventure. You can even keep those powers and treasures when you wake up if you make it to end. Maybe even bring home a couple of friends too if ya want."

"How do I even complete this adventure anyway?" You asked worriedly.

Taking a beer from a cooler that appeared right beside them, Looker took out two Mango Apple Soon Hari bottles. She tossed one at you and you barely caught it as she popped open hers to drink. She also pointed to the pathway that was on the other side of the oasis.

"Just follow the path to the portal home. Watch out for wild animals, bandits, or whoever wants to kill ya. Eat a balanced diet and walk a couple of miles each day and you'll be fine."

You mind was racing to process this when Looker asked you a question.
