A family comes around

As Nanako was waiting for Yosuke to save her, she heard footsteps approaching, and tried her best to curl herself up and keep as much of her body hidden as possible.

She could hear a conversation happening between the family, though she wasn’t really paying attention to it, only noticing as the voice of what she assumed was the mother suddenly picked up.

“Woah!”

A voice startled Nanako as she jumped and turned to find two boys staring at her. Her face paled as her arms quickly shot to cover herself. How did they get in? Didn’t Yosuke lock the door?!

“Mommy, there’s a naked girl over here!” one of the boys cried, Nanako felt her entire body go cold.

“What?! What are you-?!” their mother started to ask as she walked around and peered over the counter, her eyes going wide as she saw Nanako. “What the hell are you-?!”

Nanako didn’t think. She simply stood up, shoved past the kids, went through the door, and started running. The mother called after her as she heard the footsteps chasing, but she didn’t look back.

She just kept running.
