A supercenter

Ashley worked at a big box store that had several stories, a behemoth of a building compared to the various others around.

The store had come to the town only two decades ago, but due to being located right next to a large and popular college, it had grown quite a lot since then.

Ashley had gone into work expecting a normal day and two hours in, it seemed like that was all the day would be. She was doing her usual as she placed various boxes of items on top of a two-wheeler. Her job at the store was a rotation between working the register and stocking the shelves. She was currently alone in the back room getting ready to take some rather heavy boxes of items to the front to start stocking. It should’ve been a normal affair, but with the girl’s old pair of jeans that she shouldn’t have been wearing that day, yet decided to wear anyway, it eventually became anything but as she finished loading up the boxes and prepared to head through the double doors.
