Reality effecting wishes are bound to take longer... right? ...right?

Marie attempted to swallow her fear in one large gulp. Magic, she rationalized, took longer when it had sweeping implications for reality at large. She had wished for the universe itself to manifest agency, and then wield that agency expressly for stripping her in public! Not to mention all the stuff about people enjoying it (well, maybe that part wasn't a stretch. She liked to think she looked pretty good naked! She had nice round breasts and a cute kitty that she was diligent about keeping hairless) and overlooking it and changing rules to extend it and... and... A wish of this scale affected the minds of potentially every single human being on the planet! It would have to make an exceptions for her nudity in spite of thousands of years cultural taboos against the nude female form. Her nipple wish was small potatoes by comparison (ohmygodwhydidiwishforthatyoucanseemthemthroughmydressandgownishouldhavewornabraormaybetwobras) where it just affected her! It was bound to take a while to kick in! Assuming magic was even real. Which it wasn't. The nipple thing was just a coincidence.
