Bedtime

After you finish the dishes you decide to head off to bed. You breathe a satisfied sigh at the state of the kitchen once your done with it, all spic and span once again. As you begin to go to bed you notice Sean is sitting with Javier on the couch. With the two of them talking and laughing together.

"Sean I'm heading to bed now." Sean half glances over, barely taking his eyes off of Javier.

"That's fine honey, I'll be there in a bit." You pause for a moment at that, you wanted Sean to come with you to bed, for a moment you think about asking him to go with you, and then you think better of it. Sean's enjoying his friend's company, you should be a good host and leave them be. And so you say your goodnights and head off to bed. Part of you feels that something's slightly off but you pay it no mind. You need to be a good host above all, your feelings can wait till the end of the visit.
