I've always had issues with self esteem and confidence. My whole life i just got used to it and learned to deal with it the best i can. Somehow i still managed to meet an incredible lady that i now call my wife. After several years of marriage we never had any children it was always just me and her until one day my mother in law fell on hard times and had to move in with us.

My mother in law is a very strict and confident lady, she was raised on a farm and is used to long days of hard work outside in the sun. Years of doing this has kept her in great shape and given her a very good tan. Shes in her sixties now, but is still pretty attractive. After staying with us for a few years , my self esteem and confidence issues start to annoy her. She starts making comments under her breathe about my lack of manliness. I ask my mother in law to set me up an appointment with her friend, she happily says no problem. I work from home so scheduling really doesn't matter. My mother in law begins to tell me about her friend. "Her name is Pam, she is also in her sixties and was raised on a farm just like me. She has been a psychiatrist for a long time and has a very good success rate. She doesn't typically see men but she'll make an exception for you. Sometimes she has some unusual methods of treatment though, but they always work." I say sounds great , I'll be looking forward to it.

The day of my appointment arrives. My mother in law drives me there in her old single cab farm truck. I feel like there is no way out now, so i just sign it without reading it. She then says while giggling " If i were you i would have read that first, oh well. You signed it now, too late! Now that thats done here is your prescription.
