To catch a master, go where they are

You've fantasized about all of this for, well, your entire adult life. Submission. Surrender. Being completely at the whim of someone bigger, stronger, or smarter than you... or not even that. It's almost more exciting to imagine being helpless before some punk who doesn't deserve you. You think you'd like to pretend to fight, or struggle for their entertainment. The more humiliating the scenario, you've learned, the more turned on by it you are. So you already know that you'd likely be up for anything, with anyone, as long as they're in control.

You do want to keep up the appearance of decency for those who don't know about your proclivities, especially your daughters, and ideally your surrounding neighbors, so keeping a somewhat low profile would be nice.

You turn to the Internet, scouring web sites and message boards for advice with a specific emphasis on your local city. You learn that there are lots of people who think like you, who want to keep their public image intact, who form clubs or societies and meet up to discuss or play. Seems the perfect place to get started. After a couple hours of intense searching and researching every scrap of information you could find, you identified three primary groups who meet regularly in your area that might be just the thing.

The Midnight Society. This is a largely social group who come together to talk and let their repressed selves relax among friends without judgement. It sounds nice, but tame. A great way to dip a toe in and meet a lot of people. They are big on socializing, so anyone you meet there would be easily vetted by asking the group. They seem to advocate against what they call "****" forms of play, and focus on fundamental ideas of power exchange and some bondage kink.

Who Gives a F.A.K. A bit of an informal group centered around fetishes, alternative lifestyles, and kink, apparently. No proper concept of membership or centralized organization you can identify. They host get-togethers there and anyone who wants to show up can. Largely anonymous, zero vetting, no rules. Sometimes they're a bust and sometimes they get a little crazy, from what you can tell. But the central theme is promising. You're sure to find someone interesting at one of these gatherings, or a revolving door of interesting someones, if you want. Never know what sort of person might turn up.

Adonis. This one is highly secretive. You've seen only a few scraps of information at all, but have seen enough to believe they exist, and they are really into female submission. Nearly all of their gatherings are secret, for members only. They meet but once a year to vet applicants to their club, and it happens to be only a few days away. From what you can tell about them, joining is a big commitment and there is only one absolute guiding principle: men rule.
