Emi's eyes fell upon her coworker, Fumiko, as he stood in the doorway. The look of bewilderment crossed Fumiko's face as she dropped her headphones around her neck and crossed the room. Her eyes fell to the book and when she was close enough to read the inscription, Emi watched as her coworker's eyes seemed to glaze over. All inhibitions seemed to slip away, and by the time Fumiko raised her eyes to meet Emi's, there was a passion.
