Apartment Nearby

John decides to go to the nearest apartment to scout for his next victim. He wanted to test the limits of this device he’s created, and figured an apartment would have a good selection of women… and who know’s maybe he’ll try controlling a man. Just for science of course.

John parks in the apartment parking lot. It was section 8 housing so there were no gates surrounding the lot. It was kinda run down, but he figured this would help his cover. No one would miss someone who’s this down low, right?
